To meet the needs of our customers, we allow situations where a return is possible. This most often applies to cases where the order is still at an early stage of processing.

If the product arrives with a defect or an error on our part, we take full responsibility for resolving the issue!

Exchanges:

However, we usually accommodate our customers by offering a discount on a repeat order if they made a mistake with the size or other product parameters.
